What is Graffiti Team Building?
Graffiti Team Building is an activity for teams that consists of the joint creation of a collaborative mural using graffiti techniques. It is a unique experience that promotes the creativity of each teammate, in addition to fostering team spirit. 💪
It is an ideal activity for large groups and is easy to carry out anywhere. It can be done either in one of your company’s locations or even in a rented location. These dynamics are the best way to break the monotony of work.

How our Graffiti Team Building works
Graffiti Team Building is designed for your team to have fun and try to be amazing artists. Unfortunately, we can only guarantee fun. 😊
- Preparation of the space. Before the activity begins, we will arrive to protect the floor and to set up the necessary supports for painting. The space will be ready and protected against any funny guy who wants to do a Banksy on the blackboards.
- Presentation and warm-up. We will explain what the activity consists of and we will give you stickers to write your names on. We will do tests and practical exercises so that everyone learns how to use the aerosols without ruining themselves.
- Demonstration of a PRO graffiti artist. One or more of our artists will perform a demonstration in real time, showing advanced techniques for drawing on large surfaces. This is the time to pay attention so that later we can do more than just graffiti our name.
- Final touches to the graffiti. With the main design almost complete, it’s time for the participants. Now, the team will be able to add details to the logo or a phrase together with the artist. At this stage we are looking for the teammates to come together to make a contribution to the agreed design that at least does not make them lose face.
- Celebration and photos of the result. We all get together to celebrate that the mural is finished and take pictures as a team. The photos will be perfect for the company’s Instagram, for the employees’ Instagram and even to tease your company on Tinder.

Instead of using expensive and difficult to transport canvases, the support we painted is a modular wall made of 80cm white cardboard cubes. |

The demountable walls are made of 80cm cubes. Generally we stack 3 cubes for the maximum height (2,4m) and determine the width according to the number of participants. For example: 9 cubes form a wall of 2,4×2,4m, ideal for 9 participants. In the case of 18 participants, we could paint a wall of 18 cubes on one side or a wall of 9 cubes on the front and back. |

Yes, we protect the space where the activity will take place with floor coverings, paper and/or plastic to avoid any stains. In addition, we use water-based paint that can be cleaned from most surfaces with a damp cloth while it is still fresh. |

The design of our activities has two parts: The company logo or a short slogan and a background designed by the participants with their own designs created on site. |
